Ms. Kanaga Lakshmi, MA (HR), MA Applied Psychology (Clinical specialization) - TISS, MPhil Clinical psychology - IMH, is an RCI licensed Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist. She holds a Diploma in Transactional Analysis and Psychodynamic psychotherapy. She has completed specialization in child and adolescents psychotherapy. She was also the Senior mentor - Department of mental health - Nishta Neurodev centre. She is the project head of Yaavarum - an NGO catering to school mental health of children along with the education department.
She works with children, adolescents and parents on enhancing their emotional challenges and building resilience, while creating a safe community that caters to its clients holistically within this system. She also trains parents, teachers and corporates on well being, sexual abuse prevention and identification, procrastination etc. Additionally, she volunteers at Madhuram Narayanan centre for specially abled children. She also specialises in working with mothers during their pregnancy and post pregnancy period. She runs a group for pregnant mothers. She is the creator of the book - Magic Manasu.
Radhika is an independently practicing Queer-affirmative psychotherapist based in Bangalore. She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology (specialization in Clinical Psychology) from TISS - BALM, Chennai, and has been in the field for six years.
As a Supervisor, Radhika aims to create a safe and collaborative space for supervisees to reflect on their work with vulnerability and compassion.
Pavithra holds a Masters in Clinical Psychology from SRIHER, and takes an eclectic approach, particularly adopting a Transactional Analysis lens and Relational approach. She aims to create a supportive, evidence-based therapeutic space where the relationship embraces exploration, recognition and acceptance of the different yet unique parts of ourselves.
Smruthi holds a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Christ University. She intends to take an intersectional, socially informed & trauma-sensitive stance in her practice, adopting Psychodynamic & Acceptance based approaches catering to the client’s needs relative to their current context.
Abhirami holds a Diploma & Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Lady Doak College, and is inclined towards an eclectic therapeutic approach. She facilitates enhancing one’s relationship with self and with loved ones through healthy internalization and self reflection, while fostering emotional resilience.
Jannani holds a Masters in Clinical Psychology from SRIHER, and takes an eclectic approach. She believes therapy is unique to each person and aims to enhance the therapeutic relationship by working with the client to find the most suitable approach. She envisions providing a safe space which enables healing through a queer affirmative and trauma sensitive approach.
